New TV Series To Watch On Netflix In 2025

There’s something about TV series that movies cannot offer. It’s probably the depth of storytelling in TV series, episode after episode, that a 90-minute or 2-hour film cannot provide. Netflix has produced many great TV series in the past, and it continues to do so in 2025 with new shows dominating the platform’s Top 10. The list we’re about to share with you also contains foreign shows because we really think that they’re worth watching.

We’ve spent several weeks watching TV shows, and we’re pretty confident that you won’t be disappointed when you add any of these series to your TV streaming lineup. Let’s start!

When Life Gives You Tangerines

If you want to bawl your eyes out, you should watch “When Life Gives You Tangerines.” It’s a Korean drama set on Jeju Island. It’s about a lively girl who loves poetry and is being adored by a kind fisherman’s son. The entire story is simply about their story, how they got through tough times together as the world around them changed. IU and Park Bo-gum really outdid themselves here. If you want to see what true love really is, this is really a must watch.

Pulse

If you can’t get enough of medical dramas, you can give “Pulse” a try. It’s a medical TV series about a group of emergency room (ER) residents working in Maguire Hospital. It’s slightly similar to “Grey’s Anatomy,” so if that’s your cup of tea, you’ll love “Pulse.” The hospital is a Level 1 trauma center, so there will be a lot of complex medical cases, workplace drama, and of course, personal relationships that keep things… well, spicy. The team is led by Dr. Danny Simms, who is played by Willa Fitzgerald.

We highly recommend that you have a fast internet connection when you binge-watch this series. If not, look into better internet plans. For example, you can look into Boost Infinite deals to see if there’s any deal that fits your needs.

Weak Hero

This series was highly anticipated, and it’s easy to understand why. “Weak Hero” is another K-drama about a brilliant yet physically frail high school student named Yeon Si-eun. Instead of fighting physically, he uses his brilliant mind to outsmart bullies at his school. Season 1 is currently on Netflix, and season 2 will be released this April. Make sure your internet connection is fast and stable when watching this series because you won’t enough of it. So, regardless of whether you have fiber, cable, or satellite internet.

Adolesence

“Adolescence” is a mini-series about Jamie (Owen Cooper), a 13-year-old kid who was accused of murdering his classmate. It’s a big problem for his family, and it’s evident in the series. However, it goes beyond that. Jamie’s parents, especially his dad, have to deal with guilt, shock, and pure desperation to protect him. What happened in the series is something that can happen in real life, and it’s a real eye-opener.

Million Dollar Secret

For those who enjoy reality TV shows, you must give “Million Dollar Secret” a try. This is a show about a group of individuals competing for a $1 million prize in a luxurious lakeside mansion. One contestant secretly holds the cash and must hide it, while the others hunt them down through challenges and nightly votes. If you enjoyed the series The Mole, you will surely enjoy this as well.

Wrapping Up

Wrapping up, Netflix has many new TV series that are worth watching, but these titles caught our attention and really stuck in our minds. Of course, we all have our own preferences, but we’re confident that when you try any of these series, you won’t be disappointed. They’re that good. Happy streaming!
