At the center of it all is Kids Camp, our annual summer series of family-friendly films running through August.
This year’s lineup brings everything from MATILDA and PADDINGTON 2 to FLOW, MARCEL THE SHELL WITH SHOES ON, MOONRISE KINGDOM, and Guillermo del Toro’s PINOCCHIO, as well as special KPOP DEMON HUNTERS Sing-Alongs for kids (and grown-ups) ready to belt out “Golden” in a theater full of fellow Hunters.
Every Kids Camp guest receives a Kids Passport, a collectible movie tracker that turns a summer of moviegoing into an adventure. Kids can collect a sticker for every qualifying film they attend, keep track of what they watched, and share their own ratings. Best of all, after collecting five stickers, they’ll earn a free cookie.
Plus, with each ticket to a Kids Camp movie, it’s easy to support our charitable partner, Shoes That Fit, helping provide kids in need with proper athletic shoes so they can show up to school ready for anything. Simply check the amount you want to add when you buy a ticket. Your donation will go a long way, too, because Alamo will match donations up to $5000.
Beyond Kids Camp titles, this summer is stacked with gigantic first-run family movies, including TOY STORY 5, MINIONS & MONSTERS, the live-action MOANA, and PAW PATROL: THE DINO MOVIE. Families can save a few bucks with discounted tickets for kids 12 and under.
Order a kids’ meal from our newly expanded menu (now featuring the Kids’ Chicken Quesadilla) and receive a free gift while supplies last at select shows. At TOY STORY 5 and MINIONS & MONSTERS shows, enjoy exclusive menus themed around the movies. Trust us, you’re not going to want to miss the Minions BA-NA-NA Shake.
Want to make your family moviegoing fully interactive? Choose an Alamo Crafthouse screening of TOY STORY 5 with a “Make Your Own Forky or Karen Beverly” kit. Before the movie, a host leads you through the craft creation, and then you get to take your new plasticware friend home with you. It’s the next best thing to experiencing the movie at Pizza Planet.
Our MINIONS & MONSTERS Family Party brings that same energy, complete with a live host, a fun craft, and themed keepsakes like monster slime, Minion goggles, and squishy bananas. Bring your little Minions (or monsters) and be part of the onscreen mayhem.
