“IndieFlix Shorts” Launching Exclusively As A Subscription On Amazon Prime Video

Indie film service IndieFlix is launching “IndieFlix Shorts,” a new offer for movie lovers available exclusively as a subscription on Amazon Prime Video for Prime members. The service will offer short movies from 51 countries and 1,238 film festivals, all for just $3 a month.

“We are excited to bring our rich selection of amazing short movies to Amazon Prime members,” says Chief Product and Marketing Officer Lisa Spencer. “We believe these award winning movies, all 30 minutes or less, will be a great complement to Amazon Prime Video’s excellent catalog.”

“We want to provide the best digital video experience for our customers. Adding IndieFlix Shorts as a monthly subscription to Prime Video gives customers more choice and convenience,” said Richard Au, Director, Digital Video at Amazon. “We’re thrilled to work with IndieFlix to bring customers their broad selection of short movies anytime, anywhere as part of their Prime Video experience.”

Called the “Netflix of independent film” by Variety magazine, IndieFlix offers access to over 8,000 films and is dedicated to acquire the highest level of independent content available worldwide.
