IndieFlix Introduces New “Share With A Friend” Tool

Exciting news from global independent movie hub IndieFlix: subscribers can now share their favorite IndieFlix movies with friends and family – for free. All users have to do is select their favorite film on the web site and find the new “Share with a friend” button to get a link. They can then send the link in an email, text, or through social media – and their friends can watch the movie for free. No credit card is required.

“Indie movies are often personal in a way that a blockbuster can’t be. Our members tell us they want to talk about what they’ve watched. Now they can share an IndieFlix movie with a friend or family,” says IndieFlix Chief Product and Marketing Officer, Lisa Spencer. “For us, one of the joys of watching a great story is the connection that happens afterwards, when discussing a movie, and we are delighted to share this with IndieFlix members.”

The new tool is available now at indieflix.com. IndieFlix is available across Asia and in 85 countries around the world. The company is currently expanding even more, and acquiring material from each country so local documentaries and independent movies can be viewed by members worldwide. The site recently launched the ‘IndieFlix for Kids’ channel, which is a part of IndieFlix’s mission to acquire the highest level of independent content available worldwide, including for children and audiences of all ages.
