The “Despicable Me 3” traveling Tattoo Parlor, where you can get your very own “Despicable Me 3” holographic tattoo and pose for photo ops, will be at the TASTE OF DALLAS on Saturday, June 10 & Sunday, June 11 from 11 AM – 7 PM.
