“The Curse Of Dracula” Sinks Its Teeth Into Blu-ray & DVD February 22

DANSE MACABRE is pleased to announce the UK and Irish release of award-winning horror “The Curse of Dracula” which will be available on DVD and VOD February 22nd.

In “The Curse of Dracula,” two small-time crooks scam tourists by organizing a guided tour of a creepy manor house rumored to be haunted by the cousin of Count Dracula. Their first group consists of a Swedish Satanist, French goths, and a Russian porn director. But the tour descends into bloody chaos when they are confronted by a mysterious phantom wielding a circular saw.

Directed by Tomaz Gorkic (“Killbillies”) and starring Niklas Kvarforth (lead singer of Swedish black metal band The Shining), “The Curse of Dracula” received its world premiere at Sitges Film Festival in Spain and won Best Feature at Dracula Film Festival in Romania.

“The Curse of Dracula” is part of a new wave of genre films from Former Yugoslavia which includes Mladen Dordevic’s “Life and Death of a Porno Gang,” Milan Todorovic’s “Zone of The Dead,” and “Killer Mermaids,” Srdjan Spasojevic’s “A Serbian Film,” Filip Kovacevic’s “Incarnation,” Lazar Bodrova’s “A.I. Rising,” and Dejan Zecevic’s “The Rift.” The region’s love of all things genre is annually celebrated at The Grossmann Fantastic Film and Wine Festival in Slovenia, which has established itself as a unique event on the worldwide festival circuit.

“The Curse of Dracula” will be available to buy on DVD from Asda, HMV, Amazon, Zatu, and available to stream and download from Sky Store, Prime, and I-Tunes.
