Mike Nelson, Kevin Murphy (Tom Servo) and Bill Corbett (Crow T. Robot) were on a little puppet show on Comedy Central from 1989 – 1996. MST3K moved to the Sci Fi Channel (now SyFy) till 1999 and then into syndication/reruns/shared video tapes/the world wide web/DVD releases and YouTube, where it lives on to this day.
The comedy trio continues to perform jokes during movies with weekly releases at RiffTrax.com and several performances a year broadcast into 650+ movie theaters nationwide with RiffTraxLIVE.com.
Tomorrow, Tuesday June 9th at 11:59pm, they return to the AirWaves/CableWaves/SatelliteWaves/InternetWaves/Waves on Comedy Central’s hit show @midnight with Chris Hardwick. #HashtagWars will ensue!
