John Travolta & Kelly Preston Take To The Skies To Promote “Gotti”

John Travolta and Kelly Preston have embarked on a five-city tour to publicize the upcoming release of their gripping drama, “Gotti.”

Travolta is piloting his personal Falcon 2000 aircraft from city to city, the tour is sponsored by Movie Pass ventures, a partner in the production.

The tour began in Phoenix, Arizona, has made stops in Dallas and Chicago, and continues through Philadelphia and Miami before landing in New York for the premiere of the film on June 14th.

In each city, Travolta and Preston have hosted a screening of the film, followed by an audience Q&A. To date, the screenings in Phoenix, Dallas, and Chicago have been totally packed, and the couple took the stage to standing ovations. “We’re thrilled with the reaction we’ve received so far,” says Dennis Rice, who is coordinating all marketing efforts. “John and Kelly wanted to be able to personally visit these cities, in order to interact with the public and the local media who don’t always have this kind of access to the stars. They’re tremendously proud of the film, and if their schedules allowed, they’d have stayed on the road even longer.”

“Gotti” is the incredible true story of John J. Gotti’s rise to power to take the mantle of boss of the Gambino crime family, and become the most dangerous criminal in modern history. Directed by Kevin Connolly, the film also stars Stacy Keach, Spencer Lofranco, Pruett Taylor Vince, William DeMeo, and Chris Kerson, among many others. The screenplay was written by Leo Rossi and Lem Dobbs, and the film was produced by Randall Emmett, George Furla, Marc Fiore and Michael Froch.

“Gotti” will be released by Sunrider Productions and Vertical Entertainment across the country on June 15th.
