Dallas: Special $49 Tickets On Sale Today For Aurora Afterparty

The nonprofit AT&T Performing Arts Center announced today that tickets for the Aurora afterparty featuring Com Truise and a special DJ set from Tycho, may now be purchased as a stand-alone ticket. The afterparty is also available as part of the Aurora VIP Experience.

The afterparty will serve as the culmination of Aurora – Powered by Reliant, the immersive, free and public art experience of light, video and sound that drew 30,000 people in 2013. Aurora will take place in the downtown Dallas Arts District on Friday, October 16th beginning at dusk. This year’s Aurora will feature more than 80 artists displaying their works of art throughout the Dallas Arts District.

The Aurora afterparty takes place in Annette Strauss Square on the Center’s campus beginning at 11:30 p.m. (doors open at 11:00 p.m.). A special Aurora afterparty cocktail, the Brugal Borealis featuring Brugal Especial Rum will be available at the afterparty cash bars. Tickets are $49 and can be bought online at www.attpac.org/aurora, by phone at 214-880-0202, or in person at the AT&T Performing Arts Center Information Center, 2353 Flora Street (Monday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Tuesday thru Saturday 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.; Sunday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.).

Aurora VIP Experience tickets remain available. The VIP Experience is a tremendous way to experience Aurora. It allows you to step away from the crowds into one of three VIP Lounges, grab a drink at the open bars featuring a Snow Leopard Vodka signature cocktail, enjoy appetizers from Wolfgang Puck Catering, as well as dedicated restrooms. The tickets cost $150 each.
